Q1. What’s your production time?

①For Bulk:

A: For the goods in stock, we can send you the goods within 1 day once we confirmed your payment, for the customized goods, the delivery time for jewelry displays is about 20-25 days, and the delivery time for packing product (boxes, paper bags etc.) is about 25-30 days.

②For Sample:

A: Sample time for jewelry displays and packaging are all 7-15 days.

Q2. What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ for stock is 1 PC, but for custom product is higher, different products are with different MOQ, welcome to inquire about our products and MOQ.

Q3. Do you have stock items for selling or can you custom?

A: Yes, we have almost all of our jewelry displays and boxes, and pouches in stock, also we can make customized logo, size, material, color as your requirement .

We can custom your logo on the products, logo print for free once you reach our MOQ.

Q4. What is your sample fee policy?

A: Samples for free. Normally there is stock, then you just need to pay the shipping fee. If no stock, Custom samples, you just need to pay the proofing & shipping charged is enough.

Q5. My package missed or damaged on the half way , What can I do?

A: Please kindly noted that cargos pictures will be sent to you before shipment to ensure the goods are in good condition. If it is confirmed that our negligence caused your loss, we will 100% compensate your loss.

Q6. Which payment way is workable?

A: PayPal (goods value less than 5000 USD)

T/T (50% deposit at least, clear the balance before shipment) OR 100% payment for goods in stock)
